I have always been fascinated by entrepreneurial women and men around the world who dedicate their talent, energy and time to start up, develop and make new businesses successful.

After having gained 20 years banking experience with BNP Paribas and ABN AMRO, I co-founded in 2013 with Samir Kasmi CT&F, a Dubai-based financial advisory firm, and more recently Smart Fintex, a fintech focused on bringing financial services to under-served consumers.

We now focus on the development of AcceleWage, an Earned Wage Access SaaS for Financial Institutions.

On a more personal note, I had the opportunity over the last 25 years to live and work in Brussels, Moscow, Paris, Milan, Skopje, Amsterdam, Dubai and Seattle.
